These Terms of Service govern access to the Tech Connect Base website and use of the Tech Connect Base application. By using either, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or application.
Description of the software
Tech Connect Base is local data tracking and analytical software for organizing portfolio records, reviewing historical information, examining recorded asset distribution, and preparing local reports. It is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.
Tech Connect Base is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, payment provider, or investment platform. It does not hold or process funds or cryptocurrency assets, access private keys, execute transactions, or provide financial or investment advice.
Permitted use
You may use the website and application for lawful personal record keeping and informational analysis, subject to these Terms and any terms applicable to the platform through which you access the application. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriate handling of records you use.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the website or application for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive purposes;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the software or related systems, except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with another person’s use;
- misrepresent Tech Connect Base as a financial service or as affiliated with Binance or Microsoft;
- use the software to violate privacy, intellectual-property, export, sanctions, or other applicable requirements; or
- resell or redistribute the application except where expressly authorized.
Intellectual property
The website, application, visual design, text, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for limited permission to use the services under these Terms, no ownership right is transferred to you. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Binance® is a trademark of Binance Holdings Limited. Its name is used solely to identify compatibility. Tech Connect Base is not a Binance product and is not affiliated with Binance Holdings Ltd.
Your records and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for records you supply and for maintaining appropriate device security and backups. You confirm that you have the right to use those records. The application does not independently verify that data is complete, current, or accurate. Analytical output depends on the supplied information and should be checked against source records.
No financial or investment advice
Nothing in the website, application, reports, or supporting materials is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. No output is a recommendation, forecast, offer, or solicitation. You are solely responsible for decisions made outside the software and should consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
No wallet, custody, or transaction service
The application has no wallet functionality, does not request private keys, does not custody assets, and cannot execute purchases, sales, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, or trades. Do not treat a locally displayed record as confirmation that an external transaction occurred.
Third-party services
Links may lead to third-party services, including the Microsoft Store. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not constitute endorsement, and we do not control third-party availability, content, or decisions. The website’s store button links to the Microsoft Store homepage and is not a direct software download.
Software availability and changes
Features, compatibility, presentation, and availability may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Updates may be required for continued use. We do not promise that every source format, device, operating-system version, or record will remain compatible.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and application are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
